Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-qualify sales leads and evaluate potential projects
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to project completion
- Conduct on-site evaluations, including moisture tests and substrate condition assessments
- Develop project blueprints, draft scopes of work, and prepare proposals and estimates
- Recommend the best products and color selections based on customer needs
- Coordinate with installation teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
- Follow up with clients post-installation, gather feedback, and request reviews and referrals
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, site visits, and project specifications
Ideal Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, project management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of resinous flooring systems and installation processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with estimation software and project management tools
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality results
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience with moisture testing and concrete assessment (preferred)
