Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior technicians with resinous floor coating installations
- Learn and apply surface preparation techniques, including grinding and shot blasting
- Help with mixing and applying resinous coating materials
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Properly handle and maintain tools and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear
- Load and unload materials and equipment as needed

Ideal Qualifications:
