Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee installation teams on resinous flooring projects, ensuring safety and efficiency
- Manage all phases of the installation process, including surface preparation and coating applications
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and sales teams to meet deadlines and expectations
- Mentor and train junior technicians, fostering skill development and teamwork
- Resolve technical challenges and troubleshoot installation issues on-site
- Conduct quality control inspections and manage punch list completion
- Keep detailed project documentation, including daily logs and reports
- Provide technical insights and collaborate with estimating and sales teams
- Stay current with industry innovations, materials, and techniques
Ideal Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in resinous flooring installation, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Expertise in resinous coating systems such as epoxy, polyurethane, and polyaspartic
- Strong knowledge of concrete substrates and preparation techniques
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting technical specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- OSHA 30-hour certification (preferred)
- Technical certifications from major coating manufacturers (preferred)
